From 800 PLN on Allegro to passive income

I bought this site on Allegro for 800 PLN. For years it generated passive ad revenue, but technologically it stood still — PHP, MySQL, zero tests, manual deploy.

In 2025, I decided to rebuild it: new stack (Next.js, Supabase, Hetzner), new monetization, and full automation with AI.
