From PLN 800 on Allegro to passive income

I bought this site on Allegro for PLN 800. For years it generated passive income from ads, but technologically it was stuck in place — PHP, MySQL, zero tests, manual deployments.

In 2025 I decided to rebuild it: a new stack (Next.js, Supabase, Hetzner), new monetization, and full automation powered by AI.
