Hi! I'm Krystian and I've been earning from websites since 2009.
I'm a web application developer. Over the years, alongside my day job, I've been buying and growing websites — nearly 150 in total, over 1,000 today. This blog is my journal where I document this path: how much I earn, what works, and what doesn't.
I'm not trying to convince anyone of anything. I simply write about what I do — with numbers, mistakes, and lessons learned. Because when I started, a place like this didn't exist.
I bought my first website on Allegro for 800 PLN. I didn't touch it for 14 years — and it kept earning. You'll find this story and many others on this blog.
Once a week I share what I'm working on and what I've learned. Short, specific, no fluff.

bookVirtual Real Estate
A point-by-point comparison of traditional real estate with its online counterparts — written in plain language, accessible to everyone.
I'm an engineer and developer, not a financial advisor. But I've been buying and growing websites for over 15 years, so I know the subject inside out. At some point I noticed that what I do resembles property investing — just with a lower barrier to entry and higher returns. So I decided to write it all down honestly.
In this book I compare traditional properties with their virtual counterparts:
websites — buy, grow, collect ad revenue,
YouTube channels — building an audience as passive income,
affiliate marketing — commissions without your own product,
e-commerce stores and platforms — digital equivalents of retail spaces,
digital products — courses, e-books, SaaS tools.
I compare each model with traditional real estate: startup capital, risk, time commitment, scalability, liquidity. A separate thread covers AI — because the rise of artificial intelligence introduces an entirely new element of passivity. What used to require a team can now be automated by one person. Everything is based on my own experience and real numbers — so the reader can judge for themselves what makes more sense.

* Website valuations are typically based on 12–36 months of net income. Actual ROI depends on purchase price, niche, and effort invested.
** By Virtual Real Estate I mean online businesses with low personal involvement — analogous to passive income from traditional property.
